About Coast Oak Grove

Coast Oak Grove, A.D.F. was formed for learning, fellowship, and worship in support of those seeking a Druid path. On January 5, 2007, the “Protogrove” was approved and accepted by A.D.F.  On October 20, 2008 it became a Provisionally Chartered Grove. We are backed by the largest Druid group in North America.

Druids

The Grove is located in central San Diego and was founded to explore the path of nature based, earth-centered Indo-European Druidry. It is open to followers of Druidism, Modern Druidry and those interested in learning more about the Druid path.

We believe you will find a warm welcome and a fun, safe, and interesting group to worship and experience the Kindred. Our Grove family is growing and we enjoy having guests and meeting new people.

In addition to a place for Druids to fellowship and grow in our faith, we support the San Diego Pagan community and the wonderful groups that exist to provide opportunities for Neo-Pagans to associate and learn. We invite people of all paths to join us at our Ritual fire for fellowship in the Kindred. For more information about our rituals, please visit High Holy Days (see the News page for our upcoming events and rituals).

With support of A.D.F., Coast Oak Grove, A.D.F. is dedicated to support the Pagan and secular communities of San Diego through study, fellowship, and public service.

We encourage a spirit-led path, guided by the Nine Virtues: wisdom, piety, vision, courage, integrity, perseverance, hospitality, moderation, and fertility. We acknowledge and praise the Three Kindred (Ancestors, Nature Spirits, Deities), work with the Three Realms (lower (sea), middle (land), upper(sky), and access them through the Three Gates (well, tree, fire).  We work with many of the Indo-European Pantheons (Celtic, Greek, Germanic, Baltic, Vedic, Roman, etc) and welcome their influence and guidance in our lives.  As modern Druids, we seek connection with the Earth Mother and harmony with the Universe.

But I want to know more about ADF and Druidry!

We have additional introductory pages to educate you on our spiritual and religious path.
